PPP and concession
Public-private partnership (PPP) - is a way of public infrastructure development based on long-term cooperation between the state and business, in which the private party is involved not only in the design, financing, construction or reconstruction of the infrastructure, but also in its subsequent operation and maintenance.
Public-private partnership agreement (municipal-private partnership agreement) and concession agreement are legal doctrines, consideration, conclusion and implementation of which are subjects to the Federal Laws:

- The Federal Law of 13.07.2015 N 224-FZ, "On public-private partnership, municipal-private partnership in the Russian Federation and Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation"
