Investor's communication
- Submit an online application to the specialised organisation for work with investors – the Arkhangelsk Regional Development Agency
- Submit a request for the implementation of the investment project to the specialised organisation by email office@msp29.ru or by telephone +7 (800) 100 7000.
- Recourse personally to the specialised organisation at 71 Northern Dvina Embankment (entrance from the river's side), 163069, Arkhangelsk, Russia.
The investor is consulted by the Development Corporation
- Preliminary project review
- Informing on kind of assistance and support measures
Work with an assistant
- The investor submits a package of documents to the Development Corporation
- The assistant sends a request with the project summary to the Executive Board for an evaluation
Investment Project Evaluation
Within 10 business days from the day of project evaluation, the Development Corporation prepares a project evaluation for its compliance with the criteria for state support of investment activities and sends it to the authorized body, executive bodies, local self-government bodies.
The result: The authorized body, the executive body, the local self-government bodies send questions, proposals on measures of governmental support for the project, evaluation of the degree of project readiness for implementation to the Regional Development Agency within 10 business days.Project review by work team
The Regional Development Agency transmits all project information to the authorized body.
The authorized body creates a work team for project evaluation regarding its social economic significance and compliance with the criteria for the relevant types of projects and stated measures of governmental support.
The result: The authorized body, the executive body, the local self-government bodies send questions, proposals on measures of governmental support of the project, evaluation of the degree of project readiness for implementation to the Regional Development Agency within 10 business days.Project review by the commission on investment policy
If the investment project is recognized to meet the relevant criteria, a priority, large-scale, regional project, a socio-cultural facility or criteria for a community facility an agreement is reached on supporting the project
The result: Project support agreement between the investor and the government of the Arkhangelsk Region
